Expedited deliveries are not possible. As with all common carrier shipments,
deliveries to residential locations will incure extra charges (note shipping

includes basic dock-to-dock shipping free of charge. If you have any doubts
as to your shipping situation (you don't have a dock, you require inside
delivery, etc.), please contact us before ordering. If special situations
