Shipping is very easy to understand with iBuyOfficeSupply.com.  If your order is $97 or more, it's free - furniture included.  If it's under $97, it's $7.95. 

All "UPS-able" orders ship via UPS.  We cannot ship via the US Postal Service.  For this reason, all shipments require a full mailing address - Post Office Boxes are not acceptable.

When will my order arrive?

We ship from both local warehouses (33 of them across the United States) as well as direct from Manufacturers (See list below).  For most products we ship from our warehouses and products arrive within 1-2 business days.  This is not a guarantee as occasionally we are low in stock in the local warehouse and need to ship from one a little further away.  In those cases it will take an additional day or two.

Because we have so many warehouses where most orders will arrive in 1-2 business days our system does not offer Overnight or 2nd Day Air options.  It's rarely needed.  However, if you absolutely need to make sure it arrives tomorrow by 10:30 please contact our Customer Service and we can almost always accommodate you (depending on time of day and stock).

Where do we ship to?

We ship only to the Continental United States (the "lower 48").

iBuyOfficeSupply.com does not deliver to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands or any address outside of the Continental United States.  Orders taken for these addresses by our system will be canceled and refunded.


How do orders ship?

On each product page will either be a UPS logo or a small truck graphic.  This indicates if a product ships via UPS or by common courier.

Tracking information is made available on the business morning following the shipment of your order.  If you provided an email address in your order you will receive a Shipping Update email with that information.

Manufacturer Direct from iBuyOfficeSupply.com

iBuyOfficeSupply.com works directly with several manufactures.  This is done to be able to offer our customers better pricing.  In many of these cases we will ship product direct from the manufacturer which will mean we need to allow additional time for delivery.

Please allow between 7-10 days for these manufacturers.  Often it will be less time but we will notify you if delivery time will be significantly different.  Please see our Shipping Policy page for our delivery costs and policies.


Delivery Details


Same-day shipping (non-furniture), 24-48 hour delivery (in most cases): Orders placed before 2:00 pm (your local time zone), Monday through Friday, paid with credit card without complications are normally shipped the same day via UPS. Utilizing our national distribution network, orders ship from the distribution centers nearest the shipping address. Most customers will receive their UPS shipments the following week day.  Because of stock issues, on occasion an order will need to be shipped from a warehouse other than the one closest to you.  This can cause a delay in delivery by a  few days.  This does not affect when it is shipped, just that it may take a few more days to get to you.

Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone.

Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note, overnight delivery is not guaranteed, is not available in all areas, and may be delayed due to inclement weather, stock availability or products unable to be shipped via UPS.



Common Carrier Deliveries to Business Addresses:

Common Carrier deliveries are dock to dock only and do not include inside delivery without extra charge.  Drivers will bring your delivery to the rear of the truck but it is your responsibility from that point forward. We can arrange for inside delivery and/or assembly in some areas for an additional charge.  If you’d like more information about these services contact us at (866) 568-0524 or via email at customerservice@ibuyofficesupply.com.  In your email please include the items you are interested in purchasing, by manufacturer part number, quantities, and the situation we’ll be delivering into.


Common Carrier deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time.  We can request that the delivery company call you before delivery.  Someone must be available during normal weekday business hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm) to accept and sign for the delivery as a signature is required.


IMPORTANT NOTICES: 
  • You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading.  It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery.  If there is severe damage please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time.
  • It is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials.  We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging.

Home deliveries are not available in some rural areas of the United States.  If this is the case with your order we will contact you.
