Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. When you place an order you will be bound by our terms and conditions of sale. If you don't agree, please do not proceed with your order.

Definitions

"Customer" or "you" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products.

"Products" means the products offered for sale by iBuyOfficeSupply.com via the website.

Privacy and Data Collection

The personal information that you give us when ordering products from us is kept confidential by iBuyOfficeSupply.com. We do not sell, trade, or lease our customer files, mailing or email lists. We do send an occasional newsletter with special offers (never more than once a month) but you always have the option to ask to be removed directly from the email.  See our entire Privacy Policy here.

Price and Availability

All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.

All prices stated on the site or in any of our catalogs, price lists or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.

When the payment method is credit card, Paypal or Google Checkout the payment is made at the point of order submission. Special orders (including large orders sourced from manufacturers) may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.

Product Descriptions

While iBuyOfficeSupply.com strives to ensure the accuracy of product information on this Web site, vendors occasionally alter products, packaging or ingredients without updating the Web site. Actual products and packaging may differ from the descriptions contained on this site. You should not rely solely on information contained on this Site before using a product. Always read actual labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. If you have questions about a product, please contact the manufacturer directly. iBuyOfficeSupply.com assumes no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements contained on this Web site.

Delivery

We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply (see Shipping Policy here). We will endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.

We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order.  In most cases, we do deliver the next day.  Occasionally because of stock issues or because we need to order direct from a manufacturer delivery times are affected.  If you require delivery by a given date it is imperative that you contact iBuyOfficeSupply.com before ordering.  We will be happy to check stock and give you an estimate on delivery times.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled.  Because we are committed to processing your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouses are immediately notified to pick your products for shipment.  Refused shipments for undamaged products will incur the cost of return shipping being deducted from any refund, including any restocking fee by the manufacturer, if applicable. 

Returning Goods

We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policies (which you are agreeing to with your purchase) and follow the returns process.

Some products are ordered direct from the manufacturer.  Returns to some of these manufacturers can incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer). 

Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice:  Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 hours without exception.  Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

You agree to our Return Policy with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

We cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the products caused by you.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, the information and materials contained in this site (including without limitation text, graphics and links) are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty and in particular, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Products purchased from the site are warranted in accordance with the law, and nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict any rights which applicable law grants to you in respect of such products. Individual products may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by their manufacturers directly to you.

Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are excluded by these terms and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, however it may arise and even if we have previously been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Acceptance of Orders


The receipt of an order confirmation email by iBuyOfficeSupply.com does not constitute acceptance of an order. iBuyOfficeSupply.com reserves the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information may be required prior to acceptance and fulfillment of an order. iBuyOfficeSupply.com reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required such as lift gate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).

Coupon Codes

iBuyOfficeSupply.com reserves the right to limit the use of coupon codes.  We may, at our discretion, limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used.  Coupon codes are intended for individual use one time per customer.

Purchase Orders

iBuyOfficeSupply.com accepts pre-approved purchase orders from government agencies, hospitals, public schools and Fortune 1000 companies. We require orders via PO be for a minimum order of $200. Purchase order payments are Net 15.

Purchase Orders are not accepted from individuals
.  Purchase Orders are also not accepted from any other company or organization without being PRE-APPROVED.  Any order placed using the Purchase Order option during checkout not fitting the above criteria will be deleted immediately.
