Sometimes I get notice of less than a week to get 100-200 packets with the folders done. Knowing that I can count on my order getting to me on time makes it less stressful for me. When I send an email, I always have almost an instant reply by someone not just an auto reply(Which I am Guilty of Having). On My first order I was not sure how long the shipping took, I called the customer service number, my call was answered right away the gentleman was very kind he got my information and within minutes I had an email about my shipment!
