Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on most Standard Delivery orders over $75. The Free Shipping threshold is based on the Sub-Total in your cart before tax or any coupons applied. Most orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $10.95. Free shipping offer does not apply to orders requiring freight shipping. See below for freight shipping rules and charges.

Standard Delivery is provided by UPS, FedEx, USPS or courier. When available, order tracking information is available within 24-hours and notification will be sent via email. Tracking information may not be available on all orders. A signature may be required for deliveries to business addresses. Signatures for residential deliveries are up to the discretion of the delivery driver and may not be required. Orders shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for reshipment of the order.

Products that ship via freight, such as heavy and oversized products, do not qualify for free shipping. Freight deliveries ship via common carrier or LTL from our distribution centers or direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for Freight Deliveries. Package arrives 1 to 2 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 pm (CT). Package arrives 5 to 7 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 pm (CT). Made to order items ship 21-28 days. Lift Gate Delivery will get your package off the back of the truck and onto the ground. Customer is responsible for the package at that point. Additional services are available if needed. Inside Delivery gets your package past the first floor threshold of your business. Inside delivery is not currently available for residential deliveries. Business addresses only. Includes product assembly and removal of packaging materials. Assembly services is not currently available for residential addresses. Business addresses only.

Order Cancellations

Due to our commitment to process, ship and deliver orders quickly, orders cannot be cancelled or edited once they are placed. Upon completion of checkout, orders are sent directly to our distribution centers to be picked and readied for shipping. Orders are shipped pending credit approval, product availability, and order acceptance. If you are no longer in need of the item and would like to return it, please contact our returns department by email at [email protected], return form, or call us at 1-866-568-0524.

Estimated Delivery Date

Most Standard Delivery orders are received within one business day of placing the order. Standard Delivery orders placed by 12pm CT will typically ship same day and arrive within 24 hours. Standard Shipping Orders placed during non-business hours; evenings, weekends and holidays will typically be processed and shipped on the next business day.However, the estimated order delivery date is determined based on a number of elements including product availability at the nearest distribution center, time of day the order is placed, whether an item is sourced direct to the manufacturer and whether an item must be shipped via freight. Orders containing large quantities of a single product may require fulfillment by a more distant distribution center. Orders delivered to remote locations may also require longer shipping times. Further, orders containing freight-intensive items such as furniture and business machines will require longer shipping times. Items sourced to the manufacturer will incur longer lead times and may delay delivery by several business days. Bulk orders and some furniture orders orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, requiring a longer lead time and will not be shipped same day. In such cases, please allow several days for tracking information to be emailed to you. If your order contains Arts and Crafts Supplies or Technology Products please allow additional days for delivery.

Items shipping direct from the manufacturer will typically have longer lead times to ship, 3 - 5 days, although this number varies by manufacturer and product availability. These manufacturers include, but are not limited to; Acroprint, ACCO, Balt, basyx by HON, Bretford, Eurotech, Fellowes, FireKing, GBC, Global, HON, HSM, Iceberg, Lathem, Martin Yale, Nightingale, Pyramid, Safco, Screenflex, Sentry, Swingline and Tennsco. Shipping Restrictions

iBuyOfficeSupply.com ships only to the contiguous 48 United Sates and does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or internationally.

Freight Shipping

Items requiring freight shipping, including furniture, heavy or oversized items and items containing hazardous materials do not qualify for free shipping. These items ship via common carrier or LTL from our distribution centers or direct from the manufacturer in 7 - 10 business days. 

All freight deliveries require a signature upon transfer of goods. You or your representative must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, except major holidays) to accept and sign for delivery. Please inspect delivered goods while driver is still on site, note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

Lift Gate Delivery: Freight deliveries are tailgate/dock-to-dock/curbside delivery only. The delivery driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item off of the truck or inside your facility. In the event you need driver assistance getting your items off the truck, to the ground, and/or inside your facility, additional services are available for additional fees. Typically, a lift gate delivery costs $85 for the entire shipment regardles of how many pieces are in the shipment. Please contact iBuyOfficeSupply to request additional delivery services.

 

Inside delivery is only available at business addresses in a limited number of metropolitan areas. If you request inside delivery at the time of delivery, please expect additional charges and/or the need to reschedule delivery. Please note that inside delivery does not include assembly, installation and disposal of packaging materials.

Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address. Inside delivery is not available to residential address or home offices at this time.

Common Carrier deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time.  We can request that the delivery company call you before delivery.  Someone must be available during normal weekday business hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm) to accept and sign for the delivery as a signature is required.


IMPORTANT NOTICES:
    * You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading.  It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery.  If there is severe damage please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery.
    * It is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials.  We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging. Home deliveries are not available in some rural areas of the United States.  If this is the case with your order we will contact you.
